What we've been eating

Day one:

  • Oatmeal with blueberries
  • Burritos with whole wheat tortillas, whole black beans, and cheese
  • Celery sticks with 100% peanut butter and raisins
  • Spaghetti over whole wheat pasta (one of the whole wheat items I do like)
Day two:

  • Poached eggs with whole wheat toast
  • Grilled cheese with deli sliced turkey, plums
  • Celery sticks with peanut butter and raisins
  • Baked chicken, sweet potatoes, and steamed broccoli
Day three:

  • Whole wheat pancakes, with 100% pure maple syrup
  • Peanut butter and banana sandwiches on whole wheat bread, grapes
  • Dinner will be either leftover spaghetti, or tacos
The spaghetti sauce was very tasty, but it is chunky.  Dusty said he likes his sauce more smooth and saucy, so maybe next time I will puree it.

We are trying to keep it simple, but try a few new things as well.  So far so good, although, Dusty has been sneaking a few things here and there.
